• Highest level of regular season play 

• Competitive play with standings 

• Tournament at end of season 

• Players eligible for All-Star consideration 

Typical Skill Level: 

• Can make routine infield and outfield plays 

• Usually understands situations without adult guidance 

• Some batters hit with significant power 

• Pitchers throw 45-55+ MPH with increasing accuracy 

Season Structure: 

• Team selection by draft after assessment 

• Roster size: ~12 players 

• Typically 2 games per week, practices dictated by coaches 

• Games: 6 innings; no new inning after 1 hr 45 min 

Key Rules: 

• Full Little League rules apply 

• Stealing allowed 

• Dropped third strike rule applies 

• Infield fly rule applies 

• Pitch counts enforced: 85 max (ages 11-12), 75 max (ages 9-10)
